MPSeDC DeGS Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

1. Separate applications will be received for all the posts.
2. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of score obtained in GATE for the posts of District e-Governance Manager, Senior Instructor, Instructor and Assistant E-Governance Manager. Based on the score obtained in GATE, a merit list will be prepared and out of that, recommendations will be made to the concerned District E-Governance Committees for appointment to the vacant posts at present / in the future.
3. For the selection of Office Assistant, merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates who have secured 60% or more marks in Higher Secondary Examination and 40% or more in CPCT Examination. In this sequence, candidates will be selected for counseling by preparing a merit list.
4. Among the candidates who obtain the same marks, the candidate older in age will be given preference.
5. Selection list will be prepared on the basis of number of vacancies from the priority list and waiting list of candidates twice the number of vacant posts will be prepared.
6. Counseling will be done for allotting districts to the selected/waitlisted candidates, as the case may be.
7. After the counseling of the candidates, districts will be allotted for posting on the basis of merit cum choice and their posting will be recommended to the District E-Governance Society of the concerned district. The posting of the candidate will be done by the District E-Governance Society.
8. Separate list will be prepared for Assistant E-Governance Manager on the basis of category wise marks of the candidates. On the basis of district wise vacancies, vacant posts will be filled by counseling of category wise candidates.
9. In the case of Assistant E-Governance Manager, there will be horizontal and division wise reservation of 30 percent posts for women. If the posts reserved for women in any unreserved/reserved category remain vacant due to non-selection of suitable female candidates, then such vacant posts will not be filled by male candidates of the same category.
10. There will be 10 percent reservation for economically weaker sections for the posts of Assistant E-Governance Manager.
11. On the basis of the merit list and district priority of the candidates, MPSEDC will recommend the posting of the selected candidate to the e-Governance Society of the concerned district. The posting will be done by the District E-Governance Society.
12. Only in the event of the related post being vacant, as a result of the qualifying examination, the eligible candidates will be recommended to the District E-Governance Committee for presentation on the basis of preference and district choice given by the candidate from the merit list prepared on the basis of merit. In case the concerned post is not vacant, no candidate included in the merit list can claim the posting.

MPSeDC DeGS Recruitment 2023 Important Instruction

1. From the online application process to the final selection process, all necessary information such as detailed advertisement, eligibility conditions, date of online application, minimum educational / technical / qualifications for the advertised posts, process, list of candidates selected for counseling, date etc. The website will be made available at https://services.mp.gov.in/eservice/.
2. Candidates keep visiting the said website regularly. The department will not be bound to give any information personally to any candidate and no candidate can submit objection on this basis.
3. It is mandatory for the candidates to do basic registration on the MP e-Services Portal. Candidates have to apply only through the link https://services.mp.gov.in/eservice/ provided by the MP e-Services Portal.
4. It is mandatory for the candidate to apply online. No applications will be accepted through hard copy. If no information is given or incomplete information is given, the application will be rejected as incomplete.
5. Before applying online, the candidates should ensure themselves by checking the details of the posts and fill the application form only after being completely satisfied with the eligibility conditions. Apply only if you fulfill all the criteria required.
6. If any information given by the candidate is found to be wrong at any stage, his/her application will be canceled without giving any notice and his/her candidature will be terminated.
   Candidate’s latest photograph (size: 35mm X 45mm) should be uploaded for online application. The size of the photograph to be uploaded should not exceed 2 MB.
7. At the time of counselling/taking charge in the district, it will be mandatory for the candidate to present all the necessary documents related to the applied posts, whatever is necessary for the qualification of the concerned post, those original documents.
8. If the candidates belonging to economically weaker sections do not have EWS certificate, the selection process will be implemented considering those candidates as unreserved.
