Candidates who have passed 12th class examination or equivalent examination under (10+2) system conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Madhya Pradesh/Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi in the subjects mentioned in (a) and (b) below. Must have passed with;

• Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• It is mandatory to pass with English subject

MP veterinary recruitment 2023 Method of declaring the merit list

•  The selection of candidates for admission to all the courses will be on the basis of merit. Madhya Pradesh M.P. M.P. Category wise merit lists will be prepared by the Staff Selection Board.
  1. Those reserved category candidates whose marks are higher than the successful last candidate of unreserved category will be counted in unreserved category and they will be given admission in unreserved category and the same number of last admitted candidates of unreserved category will be given merit Will be removed from the list and the quota of reserved category will be considered vacant as it is. But this will not apply to the classes under horizontal reservation of different categories.
  2.  The candidates of reserved category/category who are getting admission in unreserved category will have to submit the desired certificate in the prescribed form.
  3.  If 30 percent women are not found in any category on the basis of prescribed criteria, then their vacant seats will be filled by men of the same category.

• Admission in colleges M.P. Staff Selection Board, Bhopal by P.V. and F.T. Pre Veterinary and Fisheries Entrance Test 2023  The seat allotment will be done through online/spot counseling on the basis of merit in the examination. Counseling will be done by a committee constituted by the University for admission to all the seats.
•  Admissions in colleges will be done only in the prescribed time period. The academic session will start from August / September 2023 and the admission process will be completed by 30.09.2023. After that the waiting list will automatically be considered terminated. In extreme circumstances/disaster, the admission process may change.

• Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
• It will be mandatory to bring the original photo identity card in the examinations conducted by the Board. The candidate can select any one of the voter ID card, PAN card, driving license, Aadhaar card, passport as the original photo identity card. U.I.D.A.I. E-Aadhaar will be valid when verified by UIDAI. In the absence of the original photo identity card, the candidate will be debarred from appearing in the examination.
• It is mandatory for the candidate to bring his Aadhaar card / photocopy of e-Aadhaar card / Aadhaar number / Aadhaar VID information in addition to the original identity card as decided in the rule book.
• Multilevel biometric verification is mandatory at the time of admission to the examination and during the examination. Therefore, the candidates whose Aadhaar number is locked should ensure that they get their Aadhaar unlocked before appearing at the examination center on the date of examination.
• Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center till the time of reporting for the examination. After this, the candidates will not be eligible for admission if they come late. The use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, long tables, digital watches and copy papers etc. is strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
• Candidates can get their admit card for online examination only through online application number. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the application number safely, for which all the responsibility will be of the applicant.
• It is mandatory for the applicant to bring black ball point pen and the admit card downloaded from the Board’s website for admission to the examination hall at the examination center.
• After the commencement of the examination, no candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the examination.
• No certificates of the candidates are verified by the Board while filling the application form. Therefore, the eligibility of the candidates in the computer based (online) examination will be purely provisional.
