How to Apply VSSC Scientist Engineer Recruitment 2023
Applications will be received online only through ISRO Live Register Portal. Accordingly, candidates are advised to register or update their registration on ISRO’s live register portal https://www.isro.gov.in on or before 21.07.2023 (1700 hours).
For the post of Scientist/Engineer-SC (Post No. 1506 to 1520), all the applicants have to pay Rs.750 uniformly as application fee.
Full fee will be refunded to Women/Scheduled Castes (SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST)/Ex-Servicemen [Ex-SM] and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWBD) candidates subject to the condition that the candidate appears in the written test.
For other candidates, an amount of Rs.500 will be refunded in due course after deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in the written test.
Fee can be paid online only through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / UPI through integrated SBI ePay facility.
No other mode of payment will be acceptable. All applicable service charges for payment of fee shall be borne by the applicant.
The refundable portion of the examination fee will be refunded after deducting the applicable bank charges.
The application fee paid by the candidates whose applications are incomplete or who have not submitted their applications or whose applications have been rejected will not be refunded.
Applicants need to submit correct bank details for refund of application fee. Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Branch Name and Account Holder Name.
VSSC will not be held responsible for any problem arising in refund of application fee as a result of wrong entry of bank details by the applicant in the online application.
VSSC Scientist Engineer Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
Based on the online application made in the ISRO Live Register Portal, a preliminary screening will be conducted to shortlist the candidates for interview.
Candidates called for interview will have the option to answer the questions in Hindi also.
Please note that the prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement and does not automatically make the candidates eligible for interview/selection.
Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview only.
